Original Hand-Painted Wallpaper & Fabrics based in the UK

Wallpaper for Living Rooms

Your living room sets the tone for your whole home. It’s where personality, comfort and style meet. At Curate Space, our living room wallpaper collections are designed to bring warmth, character and a sense of story into the heart of your space, without compromising on sustainability or craftsmanship.

Every design begins as a hand-painted artwork, created using traditional techniques like watercolour and gouache, before being carefully developed into wallpaper that feels both timeless and completely individual. Nothing in our collections is generated or mass-designed – each pattern starts with a brush, not a screen.

Why choose Curate Space for your living room

Finding the right wallpaper for your living room

Choosing living room wallpaper is different from choosing wallpaper for a smaller space like a hallway or cloakroom; it needs to feel comfortable to live with day-to-day, while still making a genuine statement. Here are our popular choices for living spaces:

All of our hand-painted designs are also available as fabrics, so you can complete the look and feel across your soft furnishings, too.

Sustainability at the heart of every design

We don’t just care about how your living room looks, we care about how our wallpaper is made.

Every decision at Curate Space is guided by a commitment to sustainability and ethical production. We work with local UK print specialists who share these values, producing wallpaper collections that are gentle on the environment and safe for your home, without compromising on the richness or depth of the designs.

Our story

With over 15 years working together in the fashion print industry, our founders, Luke and Catherine, understand the power of storytelling through pattern and print.

What began as a career creating trend-led fashion prints has evolved into a passion for interior design. Today, Curate Space specialises in high-quality, hand-painted wallpaper that fuses art with functionality, helping to turn ordinary living room walls into considered, personal spaces.

We also work with interior designers, boutique hotels, property developers and commercial spaces on bespoke wallpaper projects, offering custom colourways, scale adjustments and fully unique designs from concept to completion.
